I needed to make a sweet treat for Valentine’s day. I had recently bought a tart pan, and I was looking for something to do with it. This recipe stood out to me on youtube.
It’s a simple recipe, but I do have one note. The crust will look mostly unchanged when it comes out of the oven, it will seem crumbly and unbaked. Trust the process! It will firm up and hold together much better once it is chilled.
It turned out delicious and it was a big hit. I will be making this again.
